While restoring antique elements throughout the home maintained its character and added great visual interest, the most impressive highlight of this renovation was the European Wet Room. Our client requested the addition of a second full bathroom. Drawing inspiration from decadent luxury homes, we designed an impressive European Wet Room, blending modern functionality with old-world charm. This innovative addition not only met our client’s functional needs, but added a touch of decadence to the space, seamlessly combining the old with the new.
Overall, this contemporary haven embodies a harmonious union of preservation and innovation. We not only saved the historical elements that make this house unique, but we were able to cater to the modern needs and desires of our client without sacrificing functionality or style. This renovation represents a celebration of history while paving the way for a new chapter of life.

The Haralson renovation was not just about updating an aging home, but preserving as much of its original charm and character as possible. The home featured stunning pine floors, which we meticulously salvaged and repaired to ensure they retained their timeless allure. We also saved and reused the home’s antique doors and original hardware, letting the rich patina on the knobs and hinges stand out as a decorative focal point. Although we used bright neutrals and allowed some spaces to remain minimalist and simple, a beautiful brick fireplace in the living room and stained glass window accents helped create a warm, cozy atmosphere.
