We recently bought a unique home designed and built by Suzanne Harriman and her team at Design Craft Renovations, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. This is not the first new construction home I have purchased, so I can tell you that their commitment to quality and attention to detail is second to none.
Our home is so thoughtfully designed that even after six months we are still discovering little details that make our home special. When looking for a new home, we saw many new construction houses that were nice, but just "builder boring" when it came to the finishes and design. That was why we fell in love with our house at first sight and just had to have it!
Suzanne was kind, thoughtful, and attentive during the entire process- from going under contract to working through the punch list, to attending to any and all odds and ends after we moved in. I've honestly never had an experience like it.
